Client Policies and Procedures

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE BELOW INFORMATION. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE BELOW STATED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ON THE LIABILITY FORM.

Purchasing Sessions: Swim lessons are purchased in sessions, with a minimum of two sessions to start with. A session consists of four lessons. You can register for as many sessions as you like. Lessons are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. I do not guarantee availability. You are not registered until I have received the Registration Form, Liability Form (signed), confirmed with you actual date and time for lessons, and a 50% deposit has been made within 7 days of reserving your spot. The remaining balance will be due MONDAY MAY 31. Payment can be made though Venmo or by check payable to Kamryn Brindley. There is a $30 service fee for check that are returned.

Make-up Lessons: Make up lessons will only be scheduled for inclement weather only. Sorry, no exceptions. Please carefully select your session date and times for this reason. Fridays are reserved for make-ups for foul weather. There are no make-ups for "no-shows." If you cannot commit to the lessons scheduled, please do not ask to pro-rate tuition.

Refunds: Cancellations must be made 14 days before lessons begin for a tuition reimbursement. Cancellations made less than 14 days before lessons will result in no refund. If you need to change the date of the lessons, please do so at least 14 day before lesson begin.

Common Courtesy: Have your children use the bathroom before coming to lessons. Have long hair pulled up into a ponytail. Parents are not permitted to watch lessons. There will be chairs available to sit and wait outside of the pool area. Your kids behave better when you are not present. If there is a problem, I will let you know and come find you or call you. Thursday is "Parent's Day." This day you are welcome to come and watch what your child had learned.  Please keep conversations with other parents to a minimum this day, so as not to distract the swimmers.  Also, keep other children close when observing.  Thank you!
